DESCRIPTION

ContraSPATT -0707 ® is a registered product of the company Chemwit Contra Corrosions ®. It is used in welding operations to prevent spatter adherence on the base metal. Once the ContraSPATT -0707 is sprayed around the joints to be welded, hot spatter falling on that sprayed area will not stick to the surface.

DIRECTIONS TO USE

A) Spraying on Base Metal:

Spray Contra SPATT -0707 Before Welding in a Mist with Thin and Uniform Film on To the Areas to Be Protected from The Spatters. Hold the Spray Bottle About 30 Cm Away from The Base Metal Before Spraying. DO NOT OVERSPRAY.

B) Spraying in Welding Torch:

Spray Contra SPATT -0707 Before Welding in A Thin and Uniform Film by Holding the Spray Bottle About 30cm Away from The Area to Be Protected. Spray on The Interior and Exterior of The Nozzle. The End and The Outer Surface of Contact Tips and All the Other Potential Areas Which Subject to Weld Spatter.

NOTE: Spatters Fall by The Way of Gravity on The Work Piece but Spatters Won’t Adhere to The Base Metal. Simply Clean Them with A Dry Cloth or Wipe Off with Leather Gloves or Brush Away with Any Suitable Brush.
